1. Optimizing hit structures to lead-like compounds through rational design or fragment growing strategies

2. Conducting structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies on lead compounds

3. Providing consultation on med-chem related aspect of publication, grant application, etc.

4. Contract synthesis of published or unpublished compounds

5. Structural characterization and/or derivatization of small molecules you are interested in (metabolites, impurities, etc.)

Fee: $100/hour plus material costs

1. Parallel artificial membrane permeability assay (PAMPA)

2. Liver microsomal stability assay

3. Solubility test

4. Any other assays with reported procedures that we are capable of preforming

Note:

1. For well plate-based assays like PAMPA, the cost of one entire plate will be charged even if fewer compounds are to be tested

2. More compounds are encouraged because much of hands-on time will be spent on preparing for the assay and the fee per compound decreases dramatically with the number of compounds to be tested
