Prior to joining CCBT, he served as a Principal Scientist at PTC Therapeutics, where he worked in the preclinical drug discovery team. He was part of the team that discovered PTC518 (Votoplam), a splicing modulator currently in Phase II clinical trials for Huntington’s disease. More

Jordan Mancl is a Staff Scientist in Structural Biology at the CCBT with extensive experience in X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM. Prior to joining CCBT, he studied the mechanisms and consequences of enzyme-substrate interactions as a postdoc at the University of Chicago. More
